Happy Xmas がｆｍから流れてきて、あらためてよい曲だなぁと感慨深くなった。そういえば、何年か前に行ってた中学校で、クリスマス前に授業でクラスに聞かせたら、普段は鬼が島の鬼が持ってるような棒を振り回すやんちゃな生徒が「お、ええ曲やんケ！もっかいかけろや！」なんて言ってきて、いつもは授業なんて一切ボイコット状態なのに、椅子に座って2回しっとりと聴いてから教室を出て行ったのは、いまとなってはよい思い出のひとつ。
前半にAnd what have you doneが出てきて、後半にAnd what have we doneが出てくるのは、この曲の詩で意味深い部分だな。
